A Japanese multinational, which arrived in Brazil in 1959, headquartered in Mogi das Cruzes (SP), the group's first factory outside Japan. to celebrate the date, there will be several activities in the city throughout the month of August, oriented to employees, relatives, ex-employees and for the entire community. The celebrations will begin on July 25, with a visit by ex-employees to the factory. 98 former employees were invited, who will be able to visit the facilities, where spark plugs and ignition cables and porcelain inserts are produced. on August weekends, the NGK plant, in Mogi das Cruzes, will open its doors again to receive 1,649 employees and their families on guided tours. The manufacturing unit in Mogi das Cruzes has a total area of more than 625 thousand m², being more than 66,5 thousand m² of built area. It is a large industrial complex, in which more than 1,300 employees work.
