NGK won the INOVA Award, accomplished, annually, by the publisher Novo Meio, through Jornal Novo Varejo, and with support from the Research Institute (Ipsos). The Ignition System Specialist, installed in Mogi das Cruzes (SP), was the award winner, for the 6th consecutive time. In 2019, the Inova Award completed its 8th edition. The award took place today, November 28, no Sheraton WTC, in Sao Paulo. In the Business Performance category, NGK won the award that classifies companies for the second stage of the survey, which evaluates all the winning industries of the first phase and those that obtained an index of more than 10% of the votes in more than one item. "Our main strategy is to always value the quality of products and services, conquering, so, the preference of our customers. This type of behavior ends up reflecting on our work and, Lastly, with market recognition, how this honor received from the Novo Meio publishing house and the Novo Varejo newspaper. The prize To establish the winners, the newspaper conducts a survey to determine the opinion of auto parts. In this first step, 500 retailers, chosen by an electronic drawing, elect the best products and services in 15 categories. Companies that obtain more than 10% of the votes will move on to the second phase, in more than one aspect, in which the judges must assign scores from 1 to 10 for each participant. Among the evaluations are: promotional actions, technical material, trainings, 0800 service, defect index, Warranty, distributor network, product presentation and the most admired company. The best evaluated receive the award.
