Your electrodes can be nickel, V-cut nickel, palladium gold, platinum or iridium tipped. In newer candlestick models, palladium gold is being replaced by iridium. There are also spark plugs with an oblique side electrode, to avoid vibration breakage.
– These spark plugs do not have an indication in the NGK application table, their indication is carried out by your mechanic preparer. The characteristics of spark plug dimension, thermal grade, type of electrode and use of internal resistance must be observed. For projects with embedded electronics, such as electronic injection and telemetry systems, the use of resistive spark plugs is recommended.
