To further improve communication with repairers and customers, NGK will make its new electronic catalog available to the market as of this month. With the new platform, available for download on the NGK website (www.ngkntk.com.br), it is possible to have quick and practical access to the applications of the brand's components, through searches carried out with the product code, name of the automaker or vehicle model. In addition, with this tool, the inclusion of new parts in the portfolio happens much more quickly, keeping the consumer always up to date.
“It is part of NGK's policy to be close to its customers, offering permanent support. With the electronic catalogue, the idea is to further intensify our relationship with auto parts and repairers, keeping the market always informed about news, product information and their applications”, explains Marcos Mosso, head of Marketing at NGK do Brasil.
In addition to the new electronic catalogue, various information is available on the website to assist repairmen in any doubts, as well as courses with technical videos that issue an NGK certificate on behalf of the student. “NGK believes that investing in the repair shop means guaranteeing a quality service for its entire chain of customers. Therefore, we are always trying to improve our forms of communication to bring relevant information to this audience”, says Marcos Mosso.
