NGK brand wins MESC Award in the auto parts segment

Reference award in CX in Brazil demonstrates the recognition of the work that aims to enhance the customer experience performed by the brand

São Paulo, September 2023 – A NGK, Niterra Group's leading automotive component brand, announces the achievement of the "Best Companies with Customer Satisfaction" seal in the auto parts segment, in reference to the eighth edition of the MESC Award. Brand recognition came through online surveys and the celebration will take place on September 12th with the presence of companies from another 207 segments evaluated.

Recognized as a reference in the area of Customer Experience in Brazil, the award highlights companies that achieved the highest standards of consumer satisfaction based on a careful analysis of more than 350,000 opinions collected through Google Opinion Rewards over 12 months.

In the automotive field, a rigorous selection process involved 389 companies in two eliminatory phases, resulting in only five awardees, with the NGK brand standing out as the winner in the auto parts segment. In the company's evaluation, 2,344 customer opinions were considered last year, covering 22 different dimensions.

After this careful selection, The companies with the highest scores went through an audit process to confirm their reputation, accompanied by an additional evaluation by a mystery shopper, that analyzed the service channels of the companies. This analysis revealed an average satisfaction rating of 81,8, in addition to a score of 84 in the mystery shopper assessment.

On September 12th, the NGK brand will officially receive the award and will have the opportunity to know its exact position in the general ranking among all the companies evaluated. "This type of assessment is extremely important to us because it demonstrates that our expansion is going the right way, keeping the customer as one of the brand's priorities", says Marcos Mosso, Technical Assistance Manager at Niterra Brasil.
