The quality of NGK do Brasil components took the manufacturer to first place in the Excellence in Quality and Delivery of the Moto Honda da Amazônia award category. The specialist brand in ignition system was also recognized in the category Highlight in Environmental Actions, in which it was the only company to be awarded and stood out for a project to reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) in its industrial processes.
In Excellence in Quality and Delivery, Honda evaluated items such as the brand's service index on new models, participation in Honda projects, flexibility of service and freedom from quality problems, while the Highlight in Environmental Actions category analyzed significant CO2 reduction rates (GHG 2016), trabalho ambiental implantado em 2016 e participação na pesquisa GHG 2016.
