The world's largest spark plug specialist is, also, the preferred brand of automotive repair professionals. NGK was elected by Sindirepa-SP members, entity that represents the sector in the state of São Paulo, the best partner in the vehicle repair market in the spark plug segment. The “Sindirepa-SP Award – The Best of the Year” evaluates companies that stand out for their service to workshops and support given to their customers throughout 2014.
NGK is recognized by the market for working very closely with the repairer, through various technical qualification courses offered throughout the year, in addition to providing direct relationship channels with professionals in the sector. “We believe that this partnership and proximity were decisive in repairers choosing the brand”, evaluates Marcos Mosso, Head of Marketing at NGK.
For the executive, It is not enough to be a reference in product development. “The repairman constantly searches for information about the spark plug, as it is an automotive component that is directly linked to engine performance and features constant updates, according to the new projects of the automakers”, claims.
The awards ceremony took place last Tuesday, May 19, in Sao Paulo, and chose the favorite brands from 22 segments, that have a Gold rating, Silver and Bronze, in addition to the Independent Repair Sector Partner company. The event brought together more than 150 businesspeople, in addition to directors of Sindirepa-SP and sector leaders. In its 6th edition, recognition is done through research, with a sample of around 300 members of the entity.
