, which is awarded by the automaker to the best suppliers. in virtual ceremony, NGK was awarded in the Special Recognition category for the high performance of its spark plugs, being the only company in Brazil to receive, for the ninth consecutive time, the GM award. “It is a very important recognition for NGK, that encourages us to keep working to offer high quality and performance products”, comenta Yuki Izuoka, presidente da NGK do Brasil. NGK is a leading global supplier of spark plugs and one of the main suppliers of General Motors in the country. No event, GM awarded 133 plants in South America, which represent 35% of the supplier base, 107 in Brazil, 16 in Argentina, 7 in Colombia and 3 in Ecuador, countries where the assembler has industrial operations.
