NGK is recognized again by the MESC Award as a leader in Customer Satisfaction

The winning brand in the automotive category also achieved a score of 83,84 and average satisfaction

São Paulo, September 2024 – A NGK, Niterra brand specialized in components for ignition systems, was again recognized with the "Best Companies with Customer Satisfaction" in the auto parts segment. This recognition is granted by the MESC Award, an award that, 14 years ago, evaluates the customer experience based on indicators from more than 10 thousand brands in Brazil, Covering 22 behavioral dimensions of the consumer experience. The award ceremony took place on September 3.

The MESC Institute conducts a survey covering 207 market segments to grant this distinction. Of the companies analyzed, 1,248 advance to the second phase, where they undergo auditing. The evaluation considers factors such as practices aimed at customer satisfaction, Company reputation, social involvement and respect for the environment. Furthermore, the MESC conducts a Mystery Shopping assessment in the service channels of the audited companies. For the composition of the final ranking, 80% of the grade is based on quantitative research, and the remaining 20% comes from auditing the effectiveness of practices, including the Mystery Shopping assessment.

In this year, in the automotive sector, The selection process involved 433 companies in two eliminatory stages, of which only 132 advanced to the second phase of evaluation. Ultimately, five companies were awarded, with NGK standing out as the winner in the auto parts segment. The company's evaluation considered 2,344 customer reviews in the last year, in addition to another 76,317 in other segments.

Based on this data, The award also disclosed the average satisfaction of the competing companies. In the case of NGK, The analysis revealed an average satisfaction of 83,84.
