To modernize your processes and meet the needs of your customers, NGK has built a new building to centralize all logistics operations in its factory, in the city of Mogi das Cruzes, countryside of São Paulo. The inauguration ceremony brought together executives from the company, municipal authorities and logistics partners of the world manufacturer of automotive components. The expansion is part of the multinational investment plan in Brazil, which aims to expand its annual productive capacity to 100 million candles by 2020.
The new building allows to double the operational capacity of storage and delivery of products sold by NGK. In recent years, The multinational invested strongly in the modernization of Mogi das Cruzes facilities, improving its efficiency and reinforcing its competitiveness.
“Logistics is an extremely important and strategic area within organizations. This investment is part of NGK's plan to increase its productive capacity and meet increasing demand in Brazil and South America ”, says Edson Miyazaki, Commercial Director of NGK do Brasil. currently, 270,000 pieces come out daily from the company's production lines.
