NGK launches free courses on glow plugs on the internet

Investing in the automotive repairer is part of NGK's philosophy. For this reason, The brand launches in October five new online courses on heating candles on its website (www.ngkntk.com.br). The video materials aim to train the mechanic for the application, Uninstall, handling and use of the piece in a didactic and free way. The classes can be watched on NGK's own website. Completion of the training allows the repairer to perform a test and issue a certificate of completion of the course, to be carried out within the portal itself.

"NGK values the training of repair professionals. That is why, We constantly develop relevant content for this audience, in order to make them more informed, assist them in their daily lives and ensure that the products reach the end consumer properly, ensuring correct application and extending its useful life", says Marcos Mosso, Head of Marketing at NGK do Brasil.

In addition to the videos about heater candles, the NGK website also offers lessons and information about sailing, Ignition Cables & Coils, Oxygen sensors and suppressive terminals. Access to the content is free and registration is only required for those who wish to issue the certificate. In about three years, More than 20 thousand people took the training.

New electronic catalog

NGK's online address also offers repairers a variety of tools, such as application tables and technical brochures with relevant information about the brand's products.

Recently, The Japanese multinational has made its new electronic catalog available on its website. The novelty allows users to quickly search for components and applications with the product code, assembler name or vehicle model. The catalog also keeps the repairer more informed about the news, since the tool is updated with each product or application release by NGK.
