Sao Paulo, September 2021 – Valuing technical knowledge is part of Japanese culture. Therefore, as part of its commitment to the development of professionals in the automotive sector, NGK – a Japanese multinational manufacturer and specialist in spark plugs – offers free training for the Brazilian and South American markets. The contents are comprehensive and serve mechanic shops and auto parts stores, as well as technical schools and universities. “We believe that technical training is fundamental not only for the development of professionals, but also for delivering an excellent service to the final consumer. To expand the reach of our training, we invest in different formats: face-to-face, online through our website and by lives on social networks”, explains Hiromori Mori, NGK Technical Assistance consultant. Before the pandemic, there was also a schedule of visits to the factory in Mogi das Cruzes (SP). Both the lectures (lives) and the trainings offer certificates. On the site are available – in Portuguese and Spanish – courses on inspection and testing of products that are marketed by NGK, such as spark plugs, cables, suppressive terminals (motorcycles), coils, oxygen sensors and glow plugs for diesel engines. The average time of each video is two minutes, which allows the professional to find time in the routine to qualify. new course Recently, NGK made available on the platform a new course on linear sensors, known as broadband sensors. To watch all the videos, just access the site of NGK and make a brief registration. Information about in-person courses is available via SAC 0800 019 7112 – due to restrictions imposed by the pandemic, the company has prioritized online activities at the moment.
