NGK receives MESC award for the 3rd consecutive year and reaffirms its reference in consumer experience

São Paulo, September 2025 - A NGK, Niterra brand specialized in components for ignition systems, was once again recognized by the MESC 2025 Award, conquering the seal “Best Companies in Customer Satisfaction”, in the auto parts segment. MESC is the largest behavioral study of the audited customer experience in Brazil. The assessment covers 380 market segments and more than 10 thousand brands, and is based on 22 million opinions. The awards ceremony took place on Tuesday, September 2.

In this year, the automotive sector category involved the analysis of 100,738 opinions. Only 132 companies advanced to the second phase, and five were awarded. NGK stood out as a winner in auto parts, Considering customer opinions.

The award has three certification levels: Certified company, granted to those who perform the MESC audit; Best Companies in Customer Satisfaction, to the top 10% of each segment according to consumers; and the 100 Best Companies seal, intended for those who stand out nationally in satisfaction, regardless of the sector.

The evaluation is based on triple and audited research, with data from Google Opinion and the Mesc360 panel, Considering customer satisfaction, reputation, service practices, Social and Environmental Responsibility, and hidden client evaluation, which represents 20% of the final grade. To obtain certification, companies must achieve a minimum number of opinions with 98% statistical confidence, achieve at least 80% satisfaction, maintain a good reputation in the media in the last 12 months and pass the Mystery Shopper assessment in 20 SAC categories.

during the ceremony, NGK officially received the award, conquering 32nd position in the overall ranking among all companies evaluated. In the automotive category, the brand got 85,79 points in customer satisfaction and 86,50 points in the Mystery Shopper evaluation
