São Paulo, September 2025 - A NGK, Niterra brand specialized in components for ignition systems, foi novamente reconhecida pelo Prêmio MESC 2025, conquering the seal “Best Companies in Customer Satisfaction”, in the auto parts segment. MESC is the largest behavioral study of the audited customer experience in Brazil. A avaliação abrange 380 segmentos de mercado e mais de 10 mil marcas, e tem como base 22 milhões de opiniões. The awards ceremony took place on Tuesday, 2 de setembro.
In this year, a categoria setor automotivo envolveu a análise de 100.738 opiniões. Apenas 132 empresas avançaram para a segunda fase, and five were awarded. NGK stood out as a winner in auto parts, Considering customer opinions.
The award has three certification levels: Certified company, granted to those who perform the MESC audit; Best Companies in Customer Satisfaction, para as 10% melhores de cada segmento segundo os consumidores; e o selo das 100 Melhores Empresas, intended for those who stand out nationally in satisfaction, regardless of the sector.
The evaluation is based on triple and audited research, with data from Google Opinion and the Mesc360 panel, Considering customer satisfaction, reputation, service practices, Social and Environmental Responsibility, and hidden client evaluation, que representa 20% da nota final. To obtain certification, as empresas devem alcançar um número mínimo de opiniões com 98% de confiança estatística, atingir pelo menos 80% de satisfação, manter boa reputação na mídia nos últimos 12 meses e passar na avaliação de Cliente Oculto em 20 categorias do SAC.
