Recognition highlights the impact of the women's training program and Niterra's advancement in sustainability practices
São Paulo, dezembro de 2025 - The Sustainability award recognized the Women’s Training in the Operational Area project, initiative developed by Niterra do Brasil - Japanese multinational owner of the NGK and NTK brands and specialized in components for ignition systems and sensors for injection systems - and carried out in partnership with SENAI of Mogi das Cruzes. The program focuses on offering technical training to employees in the Industrial Production Operator course, expanding opportunities for professional growth and promoting the development of essential skills for working in the production area.
“More than training, the project encourages the continuity of studies, strengthens female protagonism and contributes to gender equity within the company. Recognition by STIHL reinforces the social impact of the initiative and its adherence to sustainability and corporate responsibility practices”, explains Robson Camargo, Original Sales Manager at Niterra do Brasil.
Assured Quality Supplier certification, Silver Level, recognizes Niterra as part of the STIHL Supplier Quality Assurance Program. The program assesses the robustness of production processes, quality control and the ability of suppliers to guarantee safety and reliability of the products delivered.
The recognitions, announced during the 21st STIHL Supplier Meeting reinforce the consistency of Niterra's performance in these pillars, in addition to highlighting the company as a strategic partner committed to continuous improvement and increasingly higher quality standards, towards Gold Level.
